• "Agent had to murder her for his safety" (LIE).
•  Trump said: Agent was badly hurt and is recovering in hospital  (LIE)
•  "Murder Victim was a Domestic Terrorist".  (LIE)
• "Victim deserved to be slaughtered for disobeying orders" (LIE)
• Alleged order was one that ICE has no authority to give.  
• Orders from aggressive ICE agents trying to invade Renee's car were conflicting--this is confirmed by both video and witness evidence.   
• Fabrication of false claims and slandering the victim: (LIE)

• TRUTH: Shooting victim was a bystander visiting a neighbor near her home.

• TRUTH:  Murder victim was not a suspect of ICE action.

• TRUTH: No enforcement action was ongoing.

• TRUTH: Agents had been stuck in the snow.

• TRUTH: Policy forbidding shooting at SUSPECTs when they flee disallowed this murder because: 

• 1) shooting into fleeing vehicles is not allowed by DHS poliy except in very special circumstances that pose great danger to agent.  

• 2) Shooting into vehicles is known to endanger everyone.

• 3) Renee was not a suspect and 

• TRUTH: Agent showed no physical sign of pulling back from Renee's vehicle, as is expected if he was ACTUALLY in danger of being hit by that vehicle.
• TRUTH:  Shooting victims was not blocking the road.
• TRUTH:  Shooting victims was smiling, kind, and loving, clearly posing no threat.
• TRUTH:  Citizens wonder whether this was a killing motivated by anti-woman animous.

Summary:

The usual victim-blaming and completely fabricated SCRIPT was used by everyone in the Federal government.

Identical wording was used after a shooting in California

Border Patrol has 

units that scrub evidence to cover up the illegal activity of agent

Evidence may have been scrubbed in Minneapolis.??

  Citizens and journalists wonder....

The focus on propaganda might explain why Renee was denied medical care.
