Proposed changes to EPA rules would allow Data Centers to be built before they get Air Quality permits

Today, Friday May 22, at his "Operation Gigawatt" data center summit held in Park City, Gov. Cox promised that developers "don't get to skip any steps" on air permits, while standing next to the EPA administrator whose agency proposed, eleven days ago, to let them break ground before air permits are even filed.

There is a virtual public hearing on this rule change this Thursday, May 28. You have until THIS MONDAY, May 25, to register. You do not need technical expertise. You get four minutes to tell. EPA this is wrong. Register here: https://www.zoomgov.com/.../reg.../a1Ys2g_7RhO- emtcsT6p7w...
Once a data center campus is built, the pressure to just issue the permit becomes nearly impossible to resist. That's the whole point.
