A terrible milestone is approaching: 100 killed by ICE and CBP

TRUMP'S FOR-PROFIT MASS DEPORTATION SYSTEM IS EVEN DEADLIER THAN MOST MEDIA REPORT

Did you know that there are almost 100 people who have lost their lives from shooting, weaponized medical neglect, assault, suicide, traffic accidents and other actions of Federal immigration agents since Jan 20, 2026 increased the levels of racism, assault, torture, and killing?

Immediately after every such killing DHS has an instant script.  They forcefully slander the victim and accuses them of threatening a federal agent with a vehicle, call the terrorists and fabricate lies, withhold information about the truth and often destroy evidence of guilt.  Border Patrol Agents have formal units to cover up their crimes, including killings.

Again and again the evidence clearly shows that the Federal immigration Agent(s) was/were the only criminal(s) on the scene of a death.

The total as of Aug 14^th was 96 deaths in the most complete tracker-American Prospector. 

Five of those victims were Americans.  Ruben Ray Martinez, Keith Porter, Renee Good, Alex Pretti, and Linda Davis.  

None of the shooters or perpetrators for any of these crimes have been charged or arrested!  The Federal government has been withholding evidence, stonewalling, and allowing these killers to roam our streets. A tiny bit of data-sharing is maybe finally underway in the midwest.  The first of those killings of Ruben Ray Martinez, dates back to 17 months ago, and it was covered up by the feds.  he was shot point blank in a car by agents involved in a traffic incident.

At least 3 ADDED DEATHS since tracker update on August 14th:

There have been 3 documented deaths of individuals in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody or following medical emergencies in detention since August 14, 2026. [1]

Public tracking and advocacy data from sources like the Wikipedia List of Deaths in ICE Detention outline the following specific cases during this timeframe:

Emiliano Andrade-Covarrubias (56, Mexico): Died on October 17, 2026, at the Rio Grande Processing Center in Laredo, Texas. His family reported that the facility withheld his necessary medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, and a heart condition. [1]
Julian Curo-Churata (47, Peru): Died on September 29, 2026, at the Ochsner LSU Health Monroe Medical Center in Monroe, Louisiana. The recorded cause of death was cardiac arrest brought on by septic shock. [1]
Carlos Josue Marchena-Marchena (36, Costa Rica): Died on September 18, 2026, at the Winn Correctional Center in Winnfield, Louisiana. Prior to his death, he informed relatives that he was being denied his meals and insulin shots required to manage his type 1 diabetes. [1]

That brings the total at at least 99 on October 24, 2026.

At least 10,000 people have died in the southern border region of the USA.

The Fascist Trump-Miller regime is not satisfied harassing, kidnapping and torturing the mostly law-abiding people who are in our country without legal authorization, they increase the people risking time in deadly concentration camps by willy-nilly reassigning legal assylees to their target group.

They are illegally “stripping legal status from many asylum seekers”.  Kristi Noem started this, and others are expanding the horrifying practice.

The extremist right wing supreme court is allowing our neighbors to be stripped of their legal protections in violation of the law about how temporary protected status must be evaluated.  SCOTUS MAGA judges allow this because the victims are black and brown, and they actively promote racism.

The goal is the racist purging of Haitians, Afghani immigrants, Somali immigrants and lots of other groups who are not white Christian nationalists.

Systemic white nationalist racism motivates this lawless attack on our neighbors and family members.

1. HOUSTON FATHER SLAIN during traffic stop: A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer fatally shot Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a Mexican national who lived in the U.S. for decades, as the homebuilder drove his construction crew to a Houston job site.  NEWS ARTICLES
2. DEATH IN CAMP SETTING: Jesús Manuel Arenas-Silva, a 45-year-old Venezuelan man, died on Monday morning while being transferred between concentration camps facilities in Georgia. In a press release, ICE said Arenas-Silva was arrested last Thursday and had been detained at the Irwin county detention center, a privately run facility in Georgia. He was being transferred to another ICE facility, the Folkston ICE processing center, when he was found “unresponsive” in a transport bus. ICE said the “suspected” cause of death was cardiac arrest.  [RECALL THAT ICE USUALLY LIES ABOUT VICTIMS].

4. TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: A person died during an encounter with federal immigration officials on Tuesday morning in Florida.  The victim was 26 years old.  The victim ran into traffic upon being confronted by agents.

5. SHOOTING DEATH, POINT BLANK EXECUTION STYLE SLAYING. 

   VICTIM: Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero, age 25, had the legal right to work in the USA. Someone else was the target of the fatal immigration operation.

   ICE was observing the last known home of someone who had a final order of removal Monday, per the Department of Homeland Security, when a vehicle departed the house. An officer shot and hit the driver "fearing for public safety."[What the hell!!!!!]

   • Immigrant advocacy groups said Guerrero was authorized to work in the U.S. and had a Social Security number.

   PBS REPORT: The Associated Press reported Thursday that David Brouillette, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer who shot a Colombian man in Maine, is an Army veteran who has struggled with serious mental health issues since early childhood, according to several of his close relatives. Democratic members of Congress are demanding answers about Homeland Security's vetting and training of immigration enforcement agents after it was disclosed that the ICE officer involved in a deadly shooting this week in Maine had a history of mental health issues and violent behavior.

• Some victims of federal violence are forgotten because their deaths don't result from shootings or in concentration camps.  

1. Let's not forget Dr. Linda Davis from Savannah Georgia.  She was killed in Feb 2026 as a result of a reckless traffic stop by agents.  

PBS REPORT: The kindergarten and first grade students in Linda Davis' classes sobbed and shed tears after being told their teacher, who greeted them most mornings with an infectious smile, wouldn't be coming back.

Davis, 52, was killed during her morning commute Monday, less than a half mile (0.8 kilometers) from the school where she taught students with special needs. Local and federal authorities say a Guatemalan man crashed his pickup truck into Davis' car as he was fleeing a traffic stop by immigration officers. 

2, "Medical situation" led to death of a young healthy man in his 40s who aided our military in Afganistan.  Quotes highlight the fact that DHS has a proven record of false statements.

Mohammad Nazeer Paktiawal—an Afghan asylum seeker who had worked alongside the US military in Afghanistan—died on March 14, 2026, from an alleged allergic reaction less than 24 hours after being detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Texas. His death certificate was released, 103 days later, on June 25, 2026.

 

Mohammad Nazeer Paktiawal was in a concentration camp and did not receive life-saving care. The 41-year-old father of six was arrested by DHS agents.  His cause of death was finally released in July 2026.

 INJURIES< RAPE< INHUMANE CONDTIONS

• Many people in concentration camps don't die but are injured severely and made to suffer in illegal and inhumane conditions.  Their numbers are most uncertain.  Check on reports from the private concentration camps of the GeoGroup and others to learn of the worst "torture-for-profit".
• Victims are so desperate that they are on hunger strikes in several camps
• Private concentration camps in California were purchased by federal government in effort to prevent humane conditions and oversight.  MOTHER JONES ARTICLE
• Reliable data show that federal immigration agents, particularly in the Border Patrol, are more likely to be violent, arrested, and jailed than the migrants and victims that they tracks, demonize, and vilify.

• SOURCE:  DEFENSE ONE: 

  “Criminality is so rampant inside CBP that it has seen one of its own agents or officers arrested every 24 to 36 hours since 2005,” he testified Friday. “According to CBP’s own discipline reports, over the 20 years from 2005 to 2024—the last year numbers are available—at least 4,913 CBP officers and Border Patrol agents have been arrested themselves, some multiple times.” But it doesn’t end there. “CBP’s arrest and misconduct rate is FIVE TIMES higher than other federal law enforcement agencies,” Graff reports. 

  “US federal law enforcement has never experienced a scandal as big, as far-reaching, destructive, and as far-lasting as the wave of corruption and criminality that has overtaken CBP and the Border Patrol since 2005,” Graff writes in his 50-page analysis of these historical trends. “It is a scandal that has played out the way too many Washington scandals do: With no single headline-grabbing crisis moment ever provoking action—just a steady drip-drip of allegations, misdeeds, and missed opportunities.”

  Why bring all this up? “Congress is debating right now what, if any, changes it will attempt to force on the way that ICE and CBP operate—these next two weeks are one of the biggest opportunities we have as a nation to change what we see happening in our country,” Graff says. 

  After all, before Trump took office last January, “ICE and CBP managed to go about its work in such a way that didn’t cause ordinary law-abiding US citizens to fear for their lives; ICE or CBP agents didn’t routinely operate wearing masks and deploy teargas daily against US citizens; the entire school systems of major US cities didn’t have to close in fear of CBP and ICE operaGons targeting neighborhoods, and professional sports leagues like the NBA didn’t have to cancel games because of ICE and CBP violence in major American cities. • Bigger picture: “It appears the crime rate of CBP agents and offices was higher PER CAPITA than the crime rate of undocumented immigrants,” journalist Garrett Graff testified Friday after reviewing decades of public data as part of Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker’s Illinois Accountability Commission. Over the last decade, the arrest rate alone for CBP officers and agents (.5%) is higher than the arrest rate of undocumented immigrants in the United States (.4%), according to data from the National Institute of Justice.

Hunger strikes are ongoing because of torture and inhumane conditions at Delaney Hall in New Jersey.  Other prisons are also torture camps.

Across the United State in 2025 and 2026 there have been at least 84 ~92 deaths resulting from Trump Mass deportation plan:

A total of 84 ~92 people have been killed, medically neglected, abused, driven to suicide, murdered (usu shot and killed) under Trump 2.

92 deaths is shockingly high.  60 of them died in camps.

This is a 3.6 fold increase in the numbers of deaths in concentration camps.

Most died due to immigrant agents and their cruel and illegal detention practices (July 17, 2026 update).  

The numbers of deaths increased ~4 fold from a 15 year average death rate of ~11/yr!  

Your GOP congress persons have agreed to let this happen to our neighbors.

Trump 2 has resulted in at least 84 76 ~93 deaths

The numbers of deaths and injuries reported by the media depends on the source.  

Wikipedia is starting to have a good summary of torture and deaths in Trump concentration camps.  there is a deliberate pattern of releasing very ill people in order to avoid having a death "counted".  some deaths occur in medical centers after abuse in concentration camps.

The actual impact of DHS actions is deliberately being hidden from the public.  

The shooting death and possible murder of Ruben Ray Martinez by an immigration agent in 2025 in Texas is one example of this cover-up culture at the immigration agencies.  This US citizen's death was falsely reported for almost a year and his passenger disputed the lies by DHS about the circumstances of Ruben being shot dead, like Renee Good, by an immigration agent into his still car. (SURPRISE!!!).  His death was the third one outside a concentration camp, and he is one of 4 US citizens slain by federal agents.

In one clip, Martinez is seen rolling down the window of the blue Ford Fusion that was driving to talk with an agent.

His car then advances slowly towards an intersection.

An officer can be heard shouting: "Where is he going?"

Martinez appears to slow down before slightly turning his car and pulling forwards as law enforcement shout at him. Gunshots ring out.

The body camera video is taken from a few yards behind the car, and so it is unclear whether any officers were hit by the vehicle.
