The registration QR links to Cache County where you can register online, and there is a link in the form for the Utah site. It is important to check that your voter registration address is up to date, and is the address from which you want to vote. Ballots will start to be mailed on October 13; you can register to vote as late as Oct. 22 and get a ballot in the mail. Early in person voting is Oct. 27-30.
