Violence by Fed agents in Minneapolis is FAR worse than reported

Renee Good's body is visible here covered in blood after being carried at least half a block without a stretcher and around a corner. 

Many people wonder whether this action was intended to shield agents from their culpability.

Many people wonder whether her medical care was 1) delayed, 2) denied, 3) as part of the giant cover-up of guilt by ICE agents.

Immigration Agents have expert teams for such cover ups.

CALL YOUR FEDERAL REPS AND DEMAND ACTION.  BE EMOTIONAL ON THE PHONE, TELL THEM ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN DANGER.

•     There are many techniques or contacting lawmakers.  
• USE THEM ALL PLEASE. 

ASK THEM TO DEMAND law and order

Please ask lawmakers to DEFUND ICE UNTIL THEY use their own policy, and FOLLOW LAW AND ORDER.

REMIND THEM THAT DHS POLICY IS NOT TO FIRE INTO VEHICLES

REMIND THEM THAT IMMIGRATION AGENTS may not 

• HARASS,
• KIDNAP, 
• DETAIN, 
• ASSAULT, 
• INJURE, 
• KILL OR 
• OTHERWISE HURT US CITIZENS.
• Stop anyone from filming them
• Stop anyone from following them

                        -EVEN IF WE APPEAR TO BE PART OF A MARGINALIZED   GROUP

REMIND them that agents violate laws constantly

Remind them that all other law enforcement and the military personnel proudly wear badges and show their faces.

Demand laws that  DE-MASK ALL agents ASAP.

REMIND THEM THAT A LOT OF US CITIZENS ARE BEING RACIALLY PROFILED USING KAVANAUGH STOPS-

                        -EVEN JUSTICE KAVANAUGH renounced his ABHORRENT earlier ruling.

Friends and Family,

I’m reaching out to you because I need your help. I know that we all aren’t terribly close, but my city and state is in crisis. Regardless of your political affiliations, there are things happening here that are WRONG, and the national news is watering down how bad it is. I need you to share with your network of people what is happening here.

ICE has been present in the Twin Cities for a few months, but the surge last week, and the murder of Renee Good, has had a major impact on my city. ICE officers are targeting not only people who are here illegally, but nearly all black and brown people, AND people like me. They outnumber the police by a wide margin, they carry assault weapons with them throughout our streets, and they are treating our city - my home - as a war zone.

Last weekend, I was nearly driven off the road by an ICE vehicle that sped around me without warning but didn’t allow enough space. I narrowly avoided crashing into the curb and a snowbank.

I have witnessed US citizens being picked up by ICE and then being dropped at other locations once ICE had intimidated them enough. This is not hyperbole. This is happening. They detained a pastor and after 30 minutes, when he refused to say that he was scared, they said “oh well, you’re white. You’re no fun anyway.” And they let him go.

ICE has performed raids outside of schools, throwing teachers, students and parents to the ground and pepper spraying them.

My neighborhood is a particular hotspot. It’s a beautiful area of a beautiful city, with lots of immigrant owned restaurants and lots of diversity. Tree covered in the summer and vibrant with shops, live music, great food, and kind people. Now, residents are scared to leave their homes and volunteers are having to bring food to them.

ICE has been doing door to door operations and even breaking down doors in some instances. They are supposed to have judicial warrants to go inside homes, but they have been ignoring that, dragging families out whether they’re legal or not.

Our First Amendment Right to observe and speak our minds is being squandered. Tear gas, pepper spray, shoving and breaking bones are tactics that the agents are using to silence us.

Additionally, today it is becoming clear that they are surveilling all of us using license plate scanners and phone data. License plate scanning cameras are now observable throughout the cities, and people are being pulled over and being addressed by name without showing ID. I am quite serious when I say that ICE knows where I am this very instant.

ICE has no jurisdiction over legal American citizens - only people who are in the country illegally - yet they are stopping us, harassing us, and terrorizing us.

My son is scared - some of his friends are black or brown. He goes to bed nervous some nights. My wife is scared - she’s afraid of the city collapsing. I am scared - the life that I’ve built here is in danger.

The hellhole city that Donald Trump has told you about is not true. Crime has been declining since 2020 and the city has implemented lots of programs to help people of all kinds. It was a beautiful place to live until ICE arrived.

As residents, we’re organizing to observe where they are and what they’re doing, and to record their actions when we can. The citizens of Minneapolis are staying physically peaceful but there are agitators that have been caught stirring things up.

We are on the front lines of what is more than likely to grow into a larger issue here and throughout the country. Please. Please.

PLEASE speak up for me and my family.

SLATE: Last Tuesday, the justice backtracked from his previous position without quite acknowledging the retreat. He did so in a concurrence to the Supreme Court’s decision to block President Donald Trump’s deployment of the National Guard—a case that does not even directly concern “Kavanaugh stops.” In a footnote, he (JUSTICE KAVANUGH) declared that race and ethnicity could not be “considerations” when officers make “immigration stops or arrests.” That directly conflicts with his earlier assertion that officers can use race and ethnicity as a “factor” when deciding whom to detain. The two positions cannot be reconciled. Yet Kavanaugh did not admit that he had changed his position; he simply pretended that the law in this area was “clear,” when he himself muddied it just months earlier.

She has actually called a hearing for

January 22nd and she has said, "I'm not

prepared to dismiss this lawsuit because

I certified a class of protected

plaintiffs in this case. And now that

I've seen what's happened in Minnesota

before I dismiss this lawsuit, I want to

make sure that in dismissing this

lawsuit, I'm not basically giving a

green light or a blank check to the feds

to come back and do the same horrible,

unconstitutional, violative, aggressive

conduct they were doing prior to the

entry of my order. I mean, that is the

type of creative judicial conduct we

need to protect American democracy and

to make sure that our people and our

citizens are safe.

"ICE agents ARE NOT police officers, deputy sheriffs, or troopers. They are not local/state law enforcement. They are not federal criminal law enforcement. They have an INCREDIBLY limited scope of authority, and that scope of authority exists in detaining and arresting with probable cause and/or SIGNED WARRANTS those investigated and suspected of being in the US illegally.

"They cannot just pull anyone over for a traffic violation or because their car is in a place they don't want it.
