Summary: Public statements by Stratos boosters are:
aspirational boasts,
magical thinking,
unscientific,
physics-defying claims,
engineering “misunderstandings”,
in conflicts with prior claims and documents,
and mostly a lot of down-right lies.
Promises of economic benefits appear to be very overblown when one considers the CONSIDERABLE experience of other communities.
Very little actual insight or technical planning appears to support the wild claims and propaganda being pushed by boosters.

Here is the recorded meeting. Start at about minute 30.
They claimed that military land was in the footprint to the Stratos Project.
