TRUMP has chosen to WITHHOLD money that Congress has set aside for hungry Americans in case of a Government shutdown.
GOP Lawmakers are allowing this to happen!!! Call them and protest their cruel actions. SNAP is not out of money, the funds are being withheld deliberately.
